Research Data Alliance Netherlands (RDA-NL)

Research Data Alliance Netherlands (RDA-NL)

The Dutch regional group of the Research Data Alliance (RDA), for researchers and data professionals in the Netherlands.

Main activities

The RDA works internationally on the open sharing and reuse of research data, through its groups, recommendations and plenary meetings. The RDA-NL brings this work closer to home: it organises national meetings and online coffee chats, shares RDA news and opportunities, and helps Dutch members and initiatives find their way in the RDA and put its recommendations into practice.

How to participate

Individual RDA membership is free, whatever your profession or discipline. As a member based in the Netherlands, you can join the RDA-NL, come to national meetings and coffee chats, and meet other Dutch members around RDA plenary meetings.

Scope

The RDA-NL is for people in the Netherlands from any discipline, working at research organisations, infrastructure providers, funders, libraries and elsewhere.

Collaborations

Coordinated by Data Archiving and Networked Services (DANS) together with the National Coordination Point Research Data Management (LCRDM), within the global Research Data Alliance (RDA).
